searching for a lost post

hey, awhile back there was a post about the right way to measure for wheels and tires. i thought i had it saved somewhere but i guess not. i can't remember who posted it, but it was complete with pics. i searched for it, but no luck. so, if anyone knows what post i am talkin about and can post a link to it, that would be great. or, if anyone can give me some tips on measuring for wheels, that would be greatly appreciated. thanks-fleet
