That is a RAD! color very nice. Just looks CLEEEEAN.............
Here is a 55 my uncle used to have. White over mint green
I know this isn't HAMB friendly, but when I think of a '60 Chevy and Seafoam Green I think of Troy Trepanier's "Pro Box"-leading edge for it's time
Cool color my first ride was turqoise/white
Thanks. It actually loses its color and looks silver in low light. Had someone call it gold the other night when it was parked under a sodium vapor street light. I wanted somethin custom, but still mint colored like it came out of a swatch book from 1955.
I just finished a pinstriping job on this 58 Apache. I dont know if it is exactly sea foam green, but it is definately green. Super nice truck, with top quality craftsmanship. He top coated it with etching primer.
Sea foam green , pearl top or bottom and teal or dark green pin strips .
This is the color I have had in my head!!! I am not sure if this is a pearl over it or a flat clear. Anyone have any info on this car?
My navy blue Merc isn't seafoam green either.
When the time comes, I'll be using Seafoam Green and white on my F100. OE colors, and OE configuration.
Hmmm.....Thanks for the info???????
stock stude color, flat clear.
Navy Merc not seafoam green???
Very cool!!! I realy like the flat clear, I think it tones it down just right.
here you go ,is this the orig. green for that car--
or this maybe--
I went to look at a Comet wagon yesterday that was sorta seafoam green.
Hmmm I painted a 68 Charger. what they called Seafoam Green and it was very Different from this Seafoam Green. But I DO like the color in these pictures for anything 50's Early 60's. Gotta have an accent color with it too though !
Green is my favorite color. I used to have a '95 GMC Sonoma that I had painted that new VW beetle green.
Seafoam rules--very Industrial color. Especially with red pinstripes.
A place to go for lots of seafoam/white color combos in big slabs like your 'wagon would be the pix/owner's section of www.sweptline.org . Dodge trucks 61-71, not that HAMB approved, but...
My truck is desert turquoise. If it weren't seafoam green would be right up there.
Funny thing, most guys' (myself included) colorblind problems seem to be in the turquoise/green area. Some of the postings look definitely more blue than green here.
Some of the flatter lighter greens just make me want to lick them. Ummmmm ice creammmmm.
Here is mine i dont think it looks good with my car. i am also debating on a chop. 3 inch i have 50/50 answers
My 62 Caddy done in satin.
Looks great on that car,but then It's pretty hard to mess up a 62 Caddy!
Nile Green that has had some of the pigments faded out:
Green is VERY nice
Seafoam is in.........Rich
Painted my 51 Fleetline Seafoam Green and it turned out great. Sorry, don't have a current pic to post. It seems to be one of the favorite colors right now!
............. Rich is right, the cost of paint !!
Oh REALLY?? Tell that to my wife!
Dirty Sanchez - hahah I hate to laugh but the way you expressed it was pretty damn funny....sorry for the car damage though.....
