I use it in everything, and it works wonders.

John Deere Turbo Diesel, runnin lousey, I pulled the fuek filter and filled it wil SF, and out a bunch in the fuel tank, She caughed sputtered blew a bunch of smoke, and when it cleared out, it ran new..... I was shocked.

I use it to fog my engines whether car or mower or chainsaw or weed whacker, for winter, and same for snow blower in the summer.

I put about 2 shot glasses in my mow gas, and chain saw gas..

I also use the deep creep and it works as well as PB blaster

I added the recommended amount on the SeaFoam can for both the oil and the fuel. Engine has approx. 20k miles (that's what previous owner said).

Do you mean "Adjust the valves" lately? No.

Its funny that the OP read about Sea-Foam on the jeep forum.
In 1988 my then 45,000 mile 1985 CJ-7 with 258-6 developed a horrible horrible knocking in the engine that I could only imagine was an engine with bad rod? .
It was so loud I was afraid to drive it and had it towed to the local jeep dealer as it was still under extended warranty. Turns out it was a large piece of carbon that had broke loose in the combustion chamber and was rattling around. The old time jeep mechanic at the dealership said this was a common problem with the 258-6 and it took 2 cans of Sea-Foam with my jeep poured down the carb to fix the problem.
Must be something to it as that jeep was still running strong at well over 100k when i sold it.
Since then I have used Sea-Foam in pretty much every engine I own.

I swear by it and it's been on sale at NAPA for almost half the price. Needless to say, I stocked up.

  9. Half price you say? Maybe it's time for a test.
    I'm glad this was posted.

Been using Seafoam for many years. I pour a whole can in each of my cars gas tank once a year. I also mix it with Stabil in my gas can for my lawn equipment. No more plugged up jets when it's time to mow.

I use Seafoam for all my old engines, but use (when I can get it) Kreen. Night and day difference (and I do like Seafoam), if you're not in Calif, order a can or 2.

quoting a jeep forum regarding a 1998 vehicle, in a Hotrod forums where everyone preaches traditional? This thread is how old?

Am I the only one bothered by the mime talkin?

I have a marine repair shop here in East Texas,we have been winterizing boats & jetskis with seafoam & stabil for the last 2 years,I am still pumping out the old crap ethenol gas & rebuilding carbs, It does not help here with the ethenol,It is hot as hell 102 degrees one day & 45 degrees the next with 90% humidity, nothing helps the fuel,You can pour some fresh super into a clear bottle & sit it on a block out in the sun & it seperates in 3 days, orange junk goes to the bottom clear stays up top.
