Just wanted to say thanks to the Tin Butchers....had a great time, despite, or maybe because of the rain!
Thanks for posting the pics. I had my camera but both sets of batterys were dead and I did not take any pics. Oh well I found some goodies at the swap that I proudly have now. I had a good time even if it did rain a short lil time.
I went out there just in time for the rain, but as stubborn as i am i still went to the show great time. Thanks for the pics will be out there next year. Did good at the swap meet too. Lots of good parts. Whoever bought that coupe body you stole it please do a thread on that thanks. Knuck from indiana.
THe coupe body that still had paint? THe one on the trailer when you came in the gate? I thought the Pontiac? coupe was kool too. That 40 truck was tempting. Yea there was some kool stuff at the swap.
Yup thats the one the coupe body with the paint on the trailer if you bought that. You got a deal on that one !!!!!!
had a good time picked up a set of cheater slikes with rims for a 100. the green chevy 4 door was pretty bad ass....jones
Had a good time as well. Found a passengers windshield wiper for my truck and a Ford bottle cap hub cap to match the other three I already had. I wasn't even really looking for either.
...THANK YOU! to everyone who came out to our show again this year; at least it wasn't as wet as last year. ...about the same number of cars but I think the swap was a bit bigger than last year; hope the vendors did well and everyone had a good time. thanks again.
Hey johnboy13 did you bring your truck? I wanted to check it out. Thanks for the pics scott 351 wins.
thanks for the pics.....some real nice cars and trucks ....but them bobber trucks not so much ,they are just wrong looking.
No, I've got it blown all apart right now. I'm updating a bunch of little things I've wanted to get taken care of.
...tryin to locate a vendor for a friend who had a Shelby intake with 4 Weber carbs for sale, anybody know the guy? ..he also had a bunch of old coolers for sale a a visible V8 model engine.
Do any one know who had the orange J and if it was for sale. If its for sale any kinda contact info would be great..... You can pm me or post Thanks
AA,...I've asked around and no one saw any "for sale" signs on that J, I think the guy just wanted to show it and sell a few parts too as it was in a swap space. ...it was featured in an old magazine; he had a laminated copy of the feature taped to the door. It's orig. from Loves Park. My favorite car at this years show. ...good luck tracking it down but I doubt it's for sale; the guy was reworking the chassis, etc. ...check with Hartman, he was tryin to buy this before this guy got it.
