Scored some new Magazines today

was out and about and went to this antiques store and they had a whole pile of these old hot rod mags. They only took cash so I picked up a couple @ 3.00 each. there are about 20 more, should I go and pick up the rest of them? I am thinking I should. Anyone else second that?

yea, my wife came home today from a garage sale with 10 issues of Street Rodder.....10 cents each.........oldies but goodies..........

 

$3 a shot is cheap on those -

 

Man, if you have the means ..... YES!!!!! Go get the others,that is history right there my friend. You get to look thru those and think "man.... this is the way it was done then."

Those magazines are cooler than any today, at less than half the price. I buy them every time I see them

 

I just bought a huge lot from a guy on Craigs list the first one starts at 1954- 1970 most of the ones from the 60's have all 12 issues plus a couple of the how to books that Hot rod put out in the 60's. I had to drive about 100 miles and paid $2 an issue and $3 each for the books.

 

You should go back and get them..... Then send them to me
