If you care about your engine you will run a quality paper filter. Since you have three here, even the smaller sized ones will flow enough air for the engine. Bones
I like the look of the scoops and since they have a small filter would run them. I plan on running on them on the flathead powered Model A I'm building now with just the screen filters. I've ran the small chrome filters on several bangers and flatheads and the paper filters that come with them are often very restrictive and need to be replaced with a better filter. I only put a couple thousand miles a year on my old cars and don't really worry about cylinder wear. I have a stock 29 Model A that was rebuilt about 30 years ago and has never had an air cleaner on it.
Back before we had flow testing, we used to ditch those big tri power air cleaners for the three little pots, we never knew we were degrading performance.. Turns out those big air cleaners were some of the best for performance..lol
