school me on finned buick drums!!!

hey i need some info on the finned buick drums if anyone can help.. what to look for, which are the best, etc.. i found a set of 90 fin drums and hubs in the bed of a 59 El Camino at the junkyard yesterday and i don't know much about them..

 

do a search. plenty of info.

 

i did a search and came up with alot of how to adapt them to ford spindles(which will help later down the road) instead of general info on them.. i know they are mainly off of buicks from the 50's and 60's.. what is the difference between the 45 and 90 fin one's and which is better, exactly where do i measure to see if they still have enough meat on them to use, etc..

 

90 fins are cool, 45 fins are cooler, there's a ton of info on here.
