It is a Sun Valley, a rear car!
That '51 Merc has a '47/'48 Merc upper grille surround (see pic below).

All primo stuff, I'd take on any of those cars. Odd to see such desirable body styles in an outdoor lot like that, these have to be owned by a collector.

Good find, cool pictures at least.

I think the black 'vert is a 66-67 Plymouth Fury. and what is the kit cart in the background?

and is that a T-bird RR fender I see? the car up on the lift rack thing is a 41 - 48 ford I think

  18. ill get the other few picture off my phone right now

  19. heres the other 3 pics i got i did'ent think the other two cars were HAMB friendly but somebody requested them...

the tbird was rough and the kit car wasnet to bad... the last shot is the exploded view walking up

The bad part is everyone in California with cars like that won't sell them cheap.A very nice find though that goofy kit car looks like a bradley gt or a disneyland autopia car one or the other.

  23. yeah the guy that had the auto shop said he thought the guy with the lot there on would be too proud of the cars
    \
but of course in the same breath said theyve been sitting there "rotting" for over 10 years

Its a 50 or 51 Starlight coupe. Thats what I was looking for when I found my Champion. Ended up liking the Champion roof more.

  28. yeah not mine either just curious never went down that "path" =)

  29. The SunValley was a model with a glass, see-through half roof over the driver seat.

  30. just left a message for the guy.... the auto shop owners son was saying some numbers like 1500, 2000, 6500..... and so on but forgot what price went with what car...

i don't have the cash with a 2month old renting a house but if anybody has any intrest id help out any way i could

if i was able to get one id go for the 51 merc with the grill treatment
