    Now that was a nice save, that car could have ended up a real mess. You do great work the owner should be forever indebted to you for your efforts.
     
  9. i missed this thread the first time and i got my new copy of rod and custom yesterday and when i saw the before pic of the coupe i was like hell that looks like the car in rod and custom

    i just have to ad to the long line EXCELLENT work , sorry to hear of your health issues you truly are a craftsman love the hand hammered patch for the quarter panel
     
  10. Some how I missed this thread when it was originally running hot. I'm glad it was brought back to the top again. Amazing work. Maybe we will see the finished car in Rod & Custom some day.

    That's a freakin great job. I'll be happy when mine runs and drives down the road. I'm a good mechanic but body, well not so much.

    Hope you have as much fun in your own roadster as we've all had looking at your work.

    Awesome thread nice work for being messed up.... Im messed up too just got a 30 coop 55yrs OLD 7 WITH a meSSed up back and more too dont no if i will start or complete it .thanks 4 the inspiration....;)
