complete cowl vent assembly full frame with hinge, complete door, operating handle and pivot saw tooth arm. vent is great condition and rust free as will as pivot arm, frame assemble is good with minor pitting, hinge is free and swings easily the drain nipple is in great shape and not rotted off like most, hole is clear and nipple still has ridge for rubber drain hose to slip on, only things missing is the spring and rubber gasket $75 for everything plus the ride
