I never said they did. Obviously the owner of the property would be responsible for the demolition of the grounds but if no one reported a violation they would most likely still be in business. Regardless, it doesnt change the fact the EPA is a bunch of homos.
Is the requirement to contain runoff water a newer rule? In other words, was it instituted after the track was built?
When they closed the Junk yards, I didnt say anything because I dont own a junk yard. When they closed the dirt roundy tracks, I didnt say anything because I dont race dirt roundy. When they closed the Dyno shope, I didnt say anything because I dont have big horsepower. When they closed the drag strips, I didnt say anything because I dont drag race. When they closed the parts stores, I didnt say anything because I HAVE A FLAKED GATTAMM PRIUS!!!!
I ran there a few times since the 70's, my son last ran there about 2 years ago,reminded me a lot of West Hampton out here on Long Island.Losing more and more every time you turn around.Hope they don't close Atco it's a little farther and Englishtown is to much of a pain in the ass to get runs in.
Hate to see it go-- I ran there from the day it opened- Had a string of something like 14 top Elim - MPH etc -good till some of the west coast and Florida guys showed up pic of Blown Buick and trophys--thanks don
