    I think your heading in the wrong direction!! you need to put a higher thermostat in in to cool it down? The thought of putting a cooler stat in them actually makes them run hotter. what happens is that the coolant in the radiator does not have time to have the heat dissipated so the stat stays open allowing the engine to just get hotter and hotter. If you put for instance a 195 stat in it what happens is the stat opens and allows the hot coolant from the engine to go into the radiator, the stat closes and the coolant stays in the radiator long enough to exchange the heat. the stat opens up and the cool coolant from the radiator flows into the engine and then the stat closes for the cycle to start over.......<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>
