Just bought this 3 weeks ago, been sitting since early 90s, got it running 2 weeks ago. Was able to get it to move forward and backwards. Waiting on radiator, then on to wiring and brakes, plans are to drive it as is![IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Pure PATINA...Picking it up in Dodge City,Kansas in 2011 and heading back to So. Cal. for the build. It's running now, just not on the streets yet. This is my brother the camera hound in the picture. And a pic of what it looks like now.

I've drive this to work more often than not... and no it isn't LS powered. Has a traditional small block and no modern crap on it. Driven it 1/2 way across the county to with no problems at all... other than burning a bunch of fuel![IMG]

Thanks! I see you are from Sevierville. I went through there on my way home from Shades of the Past a few times... Stopped at Floyd Garrets muscle car museum and it was great!

My '57 Plymouth Suburban was going to get scrapped if it didn't sell. Being a somewhat-rare 2-door, I just couldn't let it happen. It sure was rough.

It's slightly better now, but not by much. It's still fun to bomb around in though.

  13. Burnout Nova, its nice if you can advoid all the tourist traffic. I lived in town for about 4 years and then moved to a quite mountain top on the other side of town with a seprate shop from the house. No one bothers us up here and I can work on my cars with no complains from any one.Bruce. 002.JPG

  16. Randy, nice ride. I think one of the car places here is closing down, because all the cars are for sale on craigs list here. Bruce.

I used to live in Elizabeth, Colorado and I hated all the dirt roads, I was 3 miles each way down a dirt road off of CR 25 so I bought this truck we called old Blue from a rancher in Kiowa and really enjoyed not worrying about it......sold and still miss it!

Hey Bruce, Sorry to hear another one is closing. You don't live on English Mtn. do you?

  20. Randy, I am not sure it is closing but he has a lot of cars here on the Knoxville craigs list for sale. I am about 20 minutes from English Mountian this side of Sevierville. Thanks Bruce.
