Event Coverage Run to Roslyn Wa.?

It's this Saturday, 7/9/11. I've never made the run, but love the town. Is it a good one? I'm not looking for another lawn chair, come one - come all show. Hows the traditional scene? Who's goin'?

 

I've never been, but I was thinking of driving the 28 up there.

 

I'm jelous I wish I was going .I have heard good things about the event and the town
is cool too ! I am working in La Grande Ore. at a show there this weekend .

 

Found their facebook page. looks like lots of really nice finished rides, I don't know if my pile would be welcome or not.

Roslyn is great. Friend of mine, Wes (RIP) used to own a bar up there - 30yrs ago or so. Great ride - there was no rod run (that I know of) at the time, but I always drove something unique on the trips. I keep talking about moving back to PNW permanently...but so far it's just talk, obviously.
