    I went to the junkyard on Saturday to grab something for the ears of the deer and ended up snagging these trunk straps.

    They were on a Lincoln Mark VI but had Cadillac engraved on the backside.

    Not sure how they will be used but they were too cool to pass up. Probably make the strap for the reins that go back to the sleigh to attach to.

    I didn't make anything new this year but added some old things I had collected.

    Someone asked about adding Santa. This plastic yard art Santa was made in 1963. He had a serious issue with his feet so I helped him into the sleigh.

    Rudolph got ears made out of an exhaust tip from Pep Boys.

    Last year I picked up this sled at Hershey. It looks great on the roof.

    I had picked up a TV at a yard sale and finally got around to bringing my idea to light! The old CRT was stamped 1966.
