My friend Roy Rockwell of Hoquiam Washington, has passed , Roy was well known in SW Washington car scene, went to many functions, always to Yakima , Washington, and Pleasanton, Calif. Had several featured cars in magazines, covers, and shows. Roy had many many nice cars, always striving and demanding perfection with his cars, new homes, and his wifes, and friends, never content. I was fortunate to be call his friend for over 45 years. His cars were always in demand and seldom had For Sale sign in them. But always seem to find NEW owners after a half a dozen outings. He died single with about 9 primo hot rods, ( not the MOST TOYS, but nice ones ) For those that knew him he will be remembered as a bashful, quiet man, very frugal and always always planning his next car, home, or relationship. He was a good friend. Bob
sincere sympathy goes out to you & all of his friends and His Family - have a pic of any of his rides to share?
Ya know as crazy as it sounds: I just took it for granted Roy would always be around, and the pictures of his cars, I guess I just didn't make a priority..
Condolences to the Rockwell family and friends on the passing of Roy...
