Technical Roll a fender bead for me?

Anybody around Iowa have the equipment to roll a bead through the center of a stainless pair of fenders for me?
Obviously, I'll have to pay shipping both ways, and whatever your labor charges are. I just don't know of anybody close to me, and don't have the equipment to get it done.
