I’ve been trying to renew my subscription. When I call it goes to voice mail and then it tells me the mailbox is full and can’t take my message. Anyone else have this happen? I thought they were back up and running.
I have had the best luck emailing them. They are slow to respond, but have always gotten back to me. Be patient.
I emailed them in early August at their customer service email address. They responded in 10 minutes to my question regarding restarting a subscription. No problem. I mailed them a check. They don't have their website up and running just yet, but will have it in the near future. Email at [email protected]
