Rocket engines?

    I took a picture of this jet plane transporter at the Mobile Bay Battleship Museum in Mobile. I believe they are dual rocket engines, are they? Not for sale, but still neat.

    Must have needed some serious torque to tow those planes.

    actually, it dont take much to move a plane around a tarmac. remember, its all flat as hell
     
  6. buick nailheads without a doubt. looks 50's. interesting that they would have alternators and not generators though.
