    For anybody who finds themselves in, passing through, or even going near Midland, TX, look up the Oil & Gas Museum. The back area has a bunch of Jim Hall's cars there. (He lives in Midland, and Chapparal is actually the name of his small oil business.)

    Every time I go out there I hope for an intro from a friend of mine who knows him, but so far he's always been out of town.

    How about a George Miller built, Miller Lotus F/B. Built 1968, Composite alum honeycomb chassis. Lotus Twin cam, 185 hp, 900 lbs. lola t70 wheels. Car race in mid west. Anyone remember this car? Way ahead of it's time. Ran scca.
