A pal of mine has been dying to go on a road trip ever since he saw my photos from this year's Bonneville trip. He's off to Vegas next week so we had a practice run to the Goodwood Breakfast Club today. These meets are themed and today's was supposed to be for our kind of cars but hardly anyone was there. Still, we had a laugh and the '38 ran like a treat - bone stock at the moment but that'll change over the winter. By the way, anyone know whether that roof light is a period extra or just some later addition? I can't stop snapping neat old gas trucks... Regards Jon'.
