Im am so very sorry for your loss, You may find comfort in this, as I have found in my life. Mrc. One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only. This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord, “You promised me Lord, that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?” The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.”
Mary Stevenson, 1936

So sad. I remember reading his posts. He was one that added to the good of the HAMB site. We need more like him, not lose him. Prayers for his family. Neal
I searched posts by Left Turn and I noticed "Member Emeritus" under his name. I'm guessing Ryan and company did this. R.I.P. Kurt
Bob, no words will ease the pain you are feeling. God has a plan for us all, and I hope you can take comfort in the good your son did, and the smiles and times you shared. He will be missed here. -Josh
So sorry to hear about this. I'd just been talking to him about some parts for our Olds motors. Don't know what to say...
I can remember reading his posts on here. He was a good kid. I'm 23 but couldn't imagine leaving my family and friends this young. My condolences are with you and your family. Prayers being sent your way. iPhone - TJJ App
I remember reading the thread about his car being stolen and all, sure never expected news like this, though. To anyone even thinking of taking the extreme measure that this young man did, just remember ,every dog has his day. Your life can take a turn for the better tomorrow,SO HANG IN THERE! My utmost condolences to his family and friends..I can only imagine your pain. RIP,Bobby
adding a little more advice to anyone who might be contemplating the extreme measure: know that you have plenty of people who love and care for you; no matter what you may believe or think. We all go through really rough patches in life where we may think we'll never pull through...stay strong and know that the skies will brighten and better things are to come. For those young kids out there who might be contemplating it; these younger years are some of the toughest we may go through in our lifetime. We're trying to figure out who we are, where we belong, and where we want to go. Its a very confusing time in our lives and it certainly isn't easy...but we will all pull through and we have so much to look forward to in our lives, so much to be learned and so much to be experienced. Know that we are all banded together by a common love for something..whether it is hot rods or something else; and there are people who are always willing to sit and listen if you need to get something off your chest. I'm not one to share my troubles with others but it makes it that much easier to just open up and be in the caring arms of a friend. I believe every person is put on this Earth for a reason and we all touch at least one person's life in our lifetime.... in a very special way. Know that making that decison will affect and inflict so much pain on those who love and care for you with all that they have. We all have so much to give in this lifetime..cherish that. It pains me to think that someone has made that decision; at such a young age. so very tragic
My condolences and thoughts go out to his family and friends. So very sorry to hear of this . He is one of the Omaha HAMB members that I had hoped to meet sometime... Malcolm
