Hot Rods rim welding in texas or any where

I'm currently in the last stages of my MP project and I am looking for someone near Dallas or Austin or any one else in the US that can widen or narrow cragar ss rims. I'm especially interested in narrowing a set of 15x6 to 15x4 for track use only as cragar no longer is making 15x 4.5s anymore so any help would be greatly appreciated. And hopefully this will be a viable solution to the cragar problem as we don't know when they will be making skinnys again
