What cfm are 1.5" riley carbs? Is it possible to run two of these on a 100 cubic inch MG? I am guessing too big of total venturi for this size of motor? When you hit the throttle cam on a riley the float level changes? Is this how the enrichment works? Any links to how these gems work is appreciated. Thanks alot!

  2. Do you have the Iandola book? There's some "cutaway" pix in there.
That's all I have to offer.

I don't my friend does, I found that book way overpriced OR I'm cheap one or the other. I will look into it.

  4. I'm betting "yes" on both accounts. ;)

If you need me to, I can scan and send what I got.

They were designed for wide open racing, don't know if they would work well on the street.

FINE! That make perfect sence now. Send me a PM with your address and I'll mail you copies of an original George Riley Carb setup instruction sheet from 1947. This is a four page deal and should answer your questions. :)
