Ryan mentioned earlier in the thread and above that he wanted this to go for awhile. I don't know how it works but the more posts it has the more clout it has when an internet search is done. This thread will come up over others, thus letting MORE people/potentional customers, HAMB members or not, know what they need to and may not hear otherwise.

several people have mentioned Eric should sell some of his toys to pay off debts. Just curious, what kind of toys does this guy have? I know I can't afford a Bonneville car plus try to keep my other up and running....

You can afford a lot of things if you take people's money and don't provide the product.

...Hi Ryan thanks for putting this thread up and thanks for alerting other HAMBER's to Erics practices but suggest that you have a look at "his other site" http://www.riley-autoparts.com/HOME.html if this is another of his fabrications then I would suggest that there is more to him just ripping or attempting to rip off a few rodders. Perhaps your law enforcement agencies need to be alerted to his business practices as he states that he has quote

Well I've just finished filing an official complaint with the Colorado Attorney General. I'll let you all know what happens if this thread stays open long enough.
    Cheers

If the early complaint threads were never closed to protect this vendor then a lot less people wouldn't have been screwed.

How about a genuine 1932 Ford Roadster Hot Rod for a start!

Over a year ago when we were still speaking he discussed selling it to pay off his debts. Foolishly I said he should keep it and catch up slowly.

Ot but a question about Facebook. Isn't a facebook page your own? In other words if everybody posts all these remarks on his page, can't he just take it down? Just asking....

Edward : Good luck with the Attorney Generals Office. That is the best (Legal) way to go about getting to the bottom of your situation. Hopefully, the A/G's office will do everything they can do to try to get your money back.

    Best wishes.

  21. As someone who is also in europe it really stings to think that this guy is happy to shaft those at a distance knowing that they can't do much... "Not much of a way to run a business" as Ive just mentioned on hs FB wall...

If I understand correctly about how Google and the other search engines work, this will be far more effective if each post carries the words: Riley Automotive

Ask Edwerd Lloyyd if his shit talking has got him anything?

You should forward that over to Rod and Custom. I guess Mr Lloyd's $2k didn't get him anything, either.

Done, I forwarded it to the editor of R&C.

  28. Hey, where did that post with that eBayUK linked post go.?
That was a 32 roadster located in Denver. I hit it and said the auction had ended, then I went back again and now I can't get there at all.

Eric just responded to my email to him. I'd like to share it with all of you. Looks like the pressure might be getting to him a little.

Were do you get your information? How do you gauge its accuracy ?
Sooo much of what the HAMB is regurgitating is not the truth.
And folks like you are no help.
Somehow you feel compelled to call and be rude to my wife?

The simple fact is a do have some unpaid debts.
(I've been working hard to get them all cleared up)
But a bunch of yahoo's calling me names on a message board
does nothing to help them or my ability to pay them.
(and calling me more names doesn't make me respond quicker)

As a business man I would have bet your sensibilities would have
been better then to stick your nose into someone else's business.
