The guy that built it is an SCCA autocrosser apparently...just built it to poke fun at all the goofy shit on the streets. Here's the scary part...the counter at the bottom of the page only goes to six digits...and it's rolled past at least once already!! Gotta love an attention getter!!

I love the ground effects kit that was home made using black garden edging. I saw a chevy celebrity in Denver that closely resembled that civic..I about drove off the road laughing.
