Here is a question for everyone, I am 31 years old i was wonder when it comes time to retire how many of the classic places to cruise (like old rt66) from this time period will still be around? I hope its not all shopping malls and housing devolpments
If you could predicted the future you could retire now. There no telling whats gonna happen. Are we not suppose to be flying every where by now in are own lil crafts. That was said 50 years back.
if you retire at 65 it will be 2045. the world will be such a shitty mess by then cruising rioute 66 will be the least of your worries.
The way the world is going no one will be able to retire, all us old people will be greeters at Slummart.
I'm planning on retiring in 2103- if I'm lucky. By then I expect to see route 66 rebuilt as a hover-highway and my '51 will have undergone a maglev conversion.
If we're lucky we'll still be able to drive private vehicles..but they'll all be something akin to electric go-karts.
whatya guys doing here? You outta be out getting ladies, doin' burnouts and chugging beer... 5 days and counting.........
Ahahahahahahaha, No wonder why you stayed only 5 hrs at El Mirage. You could of told me. I got the beer thing done the burn outs also but damn your 2 days up on the ladies .
Retirement is so over the top...it's so yesterday...it's so... If I had to do it all over again...I certainly wouldn't worry about retiring...!!! Go get a life. R-
As long as there's a strip of asphalt that leads nowhere, there will be cruisin'... there are no destinations when the windows are down and you can hear the pipes roar. Now if you will excuse me, I need to hit the liquor store, apparently there's going to be a Hell of a party in a few days!
Shit, Mutt...you otta be able to at least get a free ice cream cone for that trick. But you better go early...I'm not sure when, exactly, the world is coming to an end...Eastern Time, Pacific Time, or ...I dunno Miller Time?
