I have a friend in Argentina who is building a 1950 Chevy coupe. He needs the stainless trim for the sides and wants to know if anybody reproduces it.

    Thanks,

Do you mean stands out like it's better looking than the oem stuff?

I got some side trim for my 50 Fleetline from FillingStation.com. It looked really nice and fit perfectly

they also have the door stop link that breaks on these cars and lets the door open too far and dent the chrome.

there is a noticable difference between original and repop, mostly towards the pointy end. not too bad though..

Thanks for the pointers, guys. I'll pass the information along to Mario. I'm sure he'll appreciate it.
