Technical Replacing a rear floor and tool tray on a 40 sedan

    I did my research before I started this repair and there is some great info about replacing but I just wanted to add my twist to the mix. I did upload this as well on my thread but this is a little more topic specific. I used EMS parts.

    Now the fun part. Joining the gap between the tool tray and tail panel. I'm not going to replace the tail panel. Yet. Bought this brake for a little sharper edges. Worked great.

    Almost done. Made some extensions for the brkts from the tail pnl to the tool tray.

    There it is. All screwed together. Next step welding in and seal. I'll leave that for the spring. Hope this helps.

    Not relevant to what you've done so far but how can those shocks work at that extreme angle???

    lol they are just sitting on the brake line. Out of the way.
