? Removing Snap Ring

how can i remove the 39 trans main shaft bearing keeper Snap Ring, without the correct tool??

If I'm replacing the bearing, I use a cutoff wheel and grind through most of it. Then buy a new snap ring when you get the bearing. Way cheaper than all the headaches you'd get working with the stock goofy snap ring.

Anybody who hasn't actually tried to remove a stock Ford snap ring from these trannies has no idea how hard they are. And I applaud guys like Bluto who think it's a piece of cake.
