Projects Remaking A 100 Year Old Cylinder Head

    Those have always been known as cylinders. I am familiar with such motors. They were the most common design before WW1. Any early engine designer would have called it a cylinder casting. If you called it a cylinder head he would have been puzzled, as there is no separate cylinder head.

    Yep, 3D printed parts were sent to the matchplate company and the cast aluminum pattern is ready to be cast. I haven't had the time to really focus on the manufacturing stuff. As for the engine, model is still being revised and I'm waiting. going to try and video the 3D sand printers when they are sent up there.

    He hasn't even been on the HAMB since that last post in August 2017.
