Event Coverage Rebel round up - new zealand hot rod, vintage & rockabilly festival 2018

Rebel Round Up - Billed as New Zealands ultimate Hot Rod, Vintage & Rockabilly festival, is a relatively new event held over two day's (17th-18th Feb 2018) at NZ's historic home of motorsport, the iconic Pukekohe park.

best coverage ever of a Kiwi event. Unfortunately on my computer the page stalled every time and reloaded the crashed completely after numerous reloads it came through.
Looks like we should have driven the 8hrs to attend.

 

Spent most of Saturday there, it was a great day and well organised. Very lucky with the weather.
There are a couple of things that could be improved upon but I think it has the potential to get bigger next year.

 

Thanks for taking time to post all those pictures. Your cars over there are just so freaking cool looking.

 

Hey Kiwi 4d the round up was very cool and totally your kind of event. We took the old green coupe over and had a great day there.

Takes forever to load all the pictures. Not sure why but I gave up.

 

@Kiwi Can Do can you resize your pics so we can enjoy them...those are awesome pics but 5MB each is a killer to load get them down to 300 to 500k and it would work out better for the members...Thanks

Reduced samples...

 

@Stogy . Thanks, how did you resize the reduced samples ie. Is there a way I can do that within the site or do I need to resize them externally and then reload them?
Previously I have only uploaded photos on here from my desktop but this time I used my tablet and really struggled...

 

I used Photoczip a free app on the cell phone...which may work on a tablet. You could set your picture size to a smaller setting. Even at 300k they look great.

On my desktop used photoshop save for web and they are reduced to 35 percent of original size. I don't know what others use.

Kiwi Can Do, thanks for posting such cool pics of cool cars. I never tire of seeing Kiwi and Australian pics of your shows down there. Quite surprised by the number of cars with the steering set-up on the wrong side. LOL. And thank you for paying for my virtual air fare, accommodations, and entrance fee to attend the show! Really appreciate it.

We took our kids to the USA in '95, they were blown away with the water in the basin going down around the plug hole the ' wrong ' way!

 

Hopefully this will work work out better for everyone to view, I am reloading all the images in a smaller scale thanks to some pointers from @Stogy [ATTAC H=full]3825100[/ATTACH]

 

Sorry it was because my photo sizes were too large, should be all good now...
