Technical Rear tire options for mid 60's street/strip inspired T (15x10 wheels)

I am working on a older fiberglass T that the previous owner had started down a street rod path. I had put a left over set of 15x14 weld draglites and 29x18 M&H racemaster tires on from an OT drag car of mine to roll the chassis around on. I am taking them off and replacing them with a pair of slotted 15x10 wheels.

My question is what are my rear tire options. I've looked so many pictures of other cars, especially the drag cars in motion thread, but still not sure. I would rather not spend $8-900 on a specialty tire. I'm not tied to radial or bias. Hope to find something in the 30-31 inch tall by 10-11 inch wide area.

I've attached a picture of the T as it sits, a picture of the wheels, and a picture of a 60's drag car that has the look I'm crazy about that was posted here.

Front wheels will be going as soon as I can decide on what to go with.

31X12.50X15 Hoosier Pro Streets would meet your size needs, but wouldn't look at all 60's.
