    Hey, guys,

I know somebody out there has to know this: what's the difference between an Appleton 112 driver's side spotlight--and a passenger side spotlight?

Is it just a matter of disassembling one and flipping over an existing bracket and reassembling it--or are they made a certain way, and you can't swap 'em side-to-side?

    Thanks!

Pretty sure they are the same side to side...the handle/switch on the inside can be flipped depending on which side of the car it is on.

    Bitchen! Thanks, Bass.

    Anybody else?

    What's Rikster say?

On my car it is the same L to R. The on / off switch faces up on the driver's side and down on the pass side. If you were to flip the pass side up, the perpendicular handle would hit the windshield.

Let me know if you need a couple of pictures. I may be wrong and just have two driver's side lights as well. I'm sure Rickster has a folder on his site addressing Appletons.

Excuse the blurry pictures, but you get the idea. Drivers side shown first.

I don't know about the appletons, but when I put 2 Unity spots on my 49 chevy the difference was in the mounting brackets. same spot.. different bracket.

brackets for all spots are car specific.. different cars requre a different bracket.
