Had to go to IKEA in Burbank today--lookin at house crap--got bored --so I started to hunt around for "car parts"--found lots of stuff to use:great knobs for dashs--some metal bowls for covers or for cutting compound curves out of. Ever found some cheap metal racks to hold painted parts --it's amazing what you can find --if your bored!
ikea is also a good place to find butch block tops for your work bench. you got to look in the clearence section
a mate has a spun, stainless steel steering column shroud made from a £15 table lamp....looks fooking brilliant
