Man... I love that little truck!
El Jefe's Tom Orren-built'29 Ford Roadster. Built in the 40's. One of the first hot rods in Central Texas. Raced and unbeaten until 1955. Beat in '55 and put away never to be seen again until Orren passed away in '98.
Heres what it looked like in that barn
El Jefe taking it out on the salt flats
on the road to Paso
Wow beatnik, that's COOL!
Found this Starliner under a shed in a back yard a few blocks from my house.
here's mine, it's really a pasture car. I can't think of any better way to test out a frame.
Found 5 model T's ([thread=137679]original thread[/thread]), this it the one I kept:
And this year at Good Guys Colorado:
Here's mine...now becoming a stock eliminator car.
This is mine, not really a barn find as such....was found stored in a garage since 64
This is a pic just before it was shipped to me

here's a couple i've found recently
My one and only barn find is a 55 Chevy 6cyl with 52,000 miles and came with title.
I paid 450.00 for it and I just started work on turning it into a 2 door.
Doh!, forgot to attach pictures
this was a barn find 10 years ago
IS IT A BARN FIND IF YOU PUT IT THERE?
No, its a barn find when you sell it to me....
Garage find...same family since new.
My Barn Car .... sat for 50 years
Only if one of us would be lucky enough to find it! LOL
One week.....you got busy!!
Good question! Timing I guess. Right place at the right time generally.
Weatt4u said it, I think these kind of pictures and stories are the coolest. Love looking at and reading about them!
1934 three window that came out of a barn in 2012, now gone to a new owner. Dennis bought the coupe in 1974, and stored it for almost four decades. Here he is shown cleaning the coupe off before we load it on the trailer.
These are my barn finds I got just about a month ago. This is the barn they were in for about 30 years.
This is what we pulled out that I took home.
Also got these two out of the barn. Didn't get pics of them being pulled out though. Only after I got them home and cleaned up. Coon shit was everywhere.
Here are pics of the 57's cleaned up. I still have to go back and get all the parts that go with the cars. He has pretty much everything to complete each car.
Sat in one car garage from 1962 to 2015 when I bought it.. 53 years for those poor in math...**clic pic**
They are still out there !
