Rare seat fabric. Where do I find it? Weatherstripping, too.

Hey guys!! I am trying to restore the interior of my 1958 Mercury Monterey, but the front seat has a massive tear in it. I was wondering who to go to to get the correct pattern material for it. Also, who do I got to to get original weather striping from? Any help or direction you guys might be able to give me would be groovy.

    Thanks!!
