  12. In Kindergarten the boys were forced to attend the girls tea party. The only one of us who enjoyed it grew up to be gay.

    And no, it wasn't me.

I used to watch that at my great grandparents house on saturday nights when the grownups were playing cards. It's not like I had a lot of choices, there was only one channel...

Gasoline coke = double shot of whiskey, 1 teaspoon coka cola, 1 ice cube.
26 in a liter. 2 hours, 22 min. Drove home, no hangover.
Gave up drinking 3 weeks later. Scared myself.

My head is a junk yard of automotive history and facts. I remember everything from what accessories were options in any year to compression ratios for most any engine. The weirdest thing of all though?
I never meant to remember any of it.

Yup, everyone, EVERYONE dies ultimately of hypoxia regardless of causative agent!

    4 types of Hypoxia;

    Hypoxic Hypoxia,

    Histotoxic Hypoxia,

    Anemic(Hypemic) Hypoxia,

    Stagnant Hypoxia.

Lay a needle-phobic patient down before inserting Cannula, they may experience a vasovagal episode while loosing bowel control.
    (Happened today with a patient!)

    I'm 19...my dad's like 80 or somethin'...

I've heard it, my dad could probably sing it to ya...if he was drunk.

And a few more random bits of knowledge from my dad...

The Magneto nut on most 2 stroke dirt bikes is left hand thread....good thing to remember.

    380 CZ was super fast...

Clutch Head Screws on Tri 5 chevies suck..

To remove front cross member on twin I-beam ford you don't need a port-a-power if you put jack stands as far out on the axles as you can..

Back in the day you couldn't buy a Torus cover or bowl for Slim Jim trans...

Borg Warner trans drill .060 bleed hole in reverse servo piston to overcome cross leaks in the valve body that would apply the reverse band in direct which led to the dreaded black band disease and put a cotter key in .060 hole folded over with ends clipped off...This was before Gil Younger and Sonnax...ya had to learn it on your own

Starter drive can push the ring gear off the flywheel on an Anglia

My pocket knife blade is close enough to the point gap on anything to get me home in a bind...

Check studs on driver's front wheel of anything older than 1963... it could be reverse thread. ESPECIALLY IF IT'S A WILLYS!

15426378 vs 13726548, that i can remember, but year of the balance change (sbf) and balance factor (28 oz. vs 50 ) still escape me.
Do as ya oughta..add acid to water, only thing i remember from chem class.

and most important.."The crux of the biscuit IS the apostrophe"

sad thing is..i can remember what i did 20-30 years ago,(kinda) but don't ask me what i did yesterday.
