Rally America New Product: Hubcaps for Budd and Kelsey Artillery Wheels

These are the first run of hubcaps for Budd or Kelsey-Hayes type Artillery wheels. They fit the wheels that have a ring for the hubcap instead of clips. These will come chrome plated and should be ready to go in just a few days. We only had made 20 for the first run so I only have 5 sets to sell. Unitll we have more made.
