Rad T Coupe - Please help w/ info

I dig this coupe and was informed there was a thread on the HAMB for it. I searched for the better part of an hour based on the info provided to no avail.

Supposedly it was built by KING CHASSIS and owned by SHADOWKUSTOMZ but I haven't come across anything that would lead me to believe either were involved with this coupe unless it was a long, long time ago.
