  8. '57 Nomads are my favorite of the tri-5's....of course building the Revell Kit with Hollingswoth's on the box top was what set the hook when I was 5 or 6. I LOVE the direction you are going with yours.

It's been 33 years that I sold my 55 Nomad. It was my first car. I got it from my brother, who aside from the 55, also had a 56, 57, and 58 Nomad. At that time, the old cars weren't in demand like today. We wanted something newer and so did I. So, I put the Nomad up for sale for 2500.00 and sold it for 1700.00. It was a driver, so it wasn't fixed up real nice but selling it was one of the biggest mistakes in my life.

  16. Well who knew JC? My first car was a 1967 GTO Conv. in the early '80's. I sold it to buy a Mini Truck. Yeah talk about regret. The things we did with shit.

As I would have said back in the day "that looks boss!"
My best friend in that era had a '57 Sedan Delivery that had wild paint like yours.
It was powered by an almost new 427/turbo400.
