You never know how fast you can really run until you've been really scared.
When your running from a bear, you don't have to outrun the bear, you just have to outrun whomever you are with.
Dirt is for racing. Asphalt is for getting there.
Speed costs money, how fast do you want to go?
If you don't want the truth, don't ask. Make up your own little lies like everyone else.

Rule books at race tracks are interpreted as either: What you can do to the car, or what you can't do to the car. There are always grey areas when building a car. Knowing how they interpret the rules at your track determines which side of the rules the grey areas of your car fall.
It ain't cheating until you get caught, then it becomes a misinterpretation of the rules.
Ignorance is a lack of factual information. Stupidity is knowing the facts and still doing it wrong.
There is a pretty big difference between "stop" and "slow down". Gene

    If you can't do what's right - do what's left !
When my wife was alive her favorite saying to me was
" If I want anymore crap out of you I'll squeeze your head" then she would tell me she loved me!

Another from Sonny Barger "Treat me well, I'll treat you better. Treat me badly, I'll treat you worse". More people should pay attention to this one.

Back when that was a new or current saying I saw a FED that had lettered on it: "asphalt is for racing, dirt is for growing 'taters."

Apparently the Irish have an expression, "happy as Larry". A friend of mine went to Ireland for a while and in a pub after a few ales asked the local next to him, "hey 'scuse me, i hear a lot of you saying, he was as happy as Larry", "who's Larry"? The local looked at him for a few seconds and said "who's Pete for Pete's sake"? The both of them cracked up laughing and shared many more ale's that night.

Over the past few years I've learned to just slow down. Afterall, I don't have time to be in a hurry.

There's three kinds of people in the world: those who make it happen, those who watch it happen and those who say "What happened?"
