Quick rear over-rider I/D query..

I'm sure loads of you fellas can I/D this over-rider for me?

I'm trying to come up with a few options for my 41 Lincoln custom project and I really like the flow on this piece on Jebs 39 Ford....

I dunno' but the ass end looks great !! Is that the 39 convertible from Jeb's Metal and Speed ??

I think it's this guy's car..... Mandriano if so. Ask him......and tell him more pictures please !! Pretty cool car, but I haven't seen it finished sadly.....hopefully he is just holding out ??
