Quick Photoshop help on off topic pic?

Hey photoshop guys! I know this is not HAMB material, but can someone eliminate the date stamp on this pic for me? Need to use this pic in a calender, but I have not had any luck cleaning it up myself. If it helps any at all, the boat is a 1958 model and has fins, so I guess it could be kinda HAMB friendly after all. LOL... Thanks in advance!
