Hot Rods Question...

Perusing the classifieds I found I couldn't reply to an ad and found this little gem at the bottom:
(You have insufficient privileges to reply here.)

So WHY can't I reply...what are "sufficient privileges"...???

Correct me if I'm wrong, but only the thread creator and administrators can post on Classified ads. It's so that questions posted by potential buyers don't keep bumping a thread to the top (and instead shifts questions to PMs)
