There are both long and short cylinder head bolts. Can anyone tell me where the long vs the short ones go? Thanks

    Longest on the rocker stands
next shorter at ends of rockers
    Shortest at manifold side
Good idea to purchase a Service Manual

Doesn't one of them have a oil hole in it somewhere for the rockers?

There are three different lenghts. The rocker arm stands are not head bolts. But there are some that you have to get to under the rockers.
