Question for old New York Hot Rodders ??

I'm looking for pictures of a Candy Blue 34 Ford C/Altered drag pickup built and owned by Jerry Bailey of Lakeville, New York in the mid 60s. There is a 2 page article in the June 66 issue of Popular Hot Rodding on this truck titled "New Yorker in Blue" but I haven't found any other info. The article stated that he was a Chevy technician and it also says he had help from friends Melvin Lewis, Jack Stevenson and David Mahoffy.

Thanks for any info anyone can give me on this truck?
