Does any one know of a company that will take an original window rubber (like windshield rubber) and make a mold to pop out some new ones?
If you have had it done how much did it cost?

    Any companies in So. Cal?

    Thanks ahead of time!

If those guys can't help you, Peter Stathes at www.amcrambler.com (east coast) or Galvin's Rambler Parts (west coast) at www.ramblerparts.com can help you. They both carry the windshield, door, and window rubbers. Stathes has the door window sweeps also. Up through the mid 60s AMC used "fuzzy" rubbers inside and out. Peter made a set of later model rubber "squeegee" style outer window sweeps for my 63 Rambler -- on request, but didn't charge any more.

most of the windshield rubber is extruded , so it comes out in a long piece that is cut to size and the ends glued together,

the better stuff has formed corners ,

Its pretty cheap to have it made if you plan on doing the same car all the time ,

the extrusion die is $200-$300 and then you pay for the rubber buy the foot,

I am sure there is a minimium order,

    hope that helps
