History Quarter midget of the 50's and 60's

I have a old quarter midget that ran up and down the west cost and want to know who bilt the car cant fig out how to put pic on this bord but it was race in the so cal quarter midget club and has been up to Oregon and the last name of the driver was effler any info would be great
