Check Tractor Supply Company for small headlights. Don't know if they are street legal. Years ago a friend wound up with a ex-60's style 32 Ford Roadster (Show Car) It still had the show sticker on the dash and windshield. The grille was the Gennie 32 shell but housings had been fabricated and stacked 59 Chevy Quad headlights and trim were used. Similar of the Ala Kart. Since the doors and trunk lid had been welded shut the newly welded HL Bucket system extended from the grille shell and tapered into the cowl and hood side panels. There was no hood top to cover the Nail-Head Buick with two AFB"s. The car looked awesome and it was a creation from the mid 60's. Go ahead and do your quads, just do them right............... Good Luck......... Jeff
